  • All New - Homework Club

    5th September 2018 - Ingleby Manor School

    * Starting Monday 10th September*

          Homework club will run in school Monday to Thursday from 3.30pm - 4.30pm.

          ALL students can attend and attendance is optional.


    Students who attend homework club will be expected to:

     - Have work to complete during the session. Homework club is not for social gathering.

     - Not cause disruption to other students.

     - Ensure mobile phones are turned off and stored in their bag during the session.


    Homework club is fully supervised.

    A reminder to all students and their parents and carers that the new term at HTHA begins on Wednesday 5th September 2018 Students are advised to be ready at 08:40 in preparation for parade which begins at 08:45 sharp.     Tuesday 4th September at 8:20 will see all students from Y7-Y13 starting the 2018/2019 academic year.

    8:25 to 9:25 you will be in form time, if you received a timetable by email or have viewed it on School Gateway you should go to the room that your tutor time; marked 'TT' shows. A list on the wall will also guide you. Some forms may have changed so please do check. Timetables will be available on school gateway from Monday 3rd September.

    30th August 2018 - Ingleby Manor School

    We hope you have all had a wonderful Summer break and are excited for your children to be joining us on Monday 10th September.


    For our new year 7 students, school starts at 8.30am on the first day back. All other year groups will return to school at 10.30am

    GCSE Record Results

    Once more, De Lacy Academy is celebrating as our students have achieved an amazing set of results - breaking all records for this school. Progress 8, the measure that shows how well students have achieved against their starting point, is outstanding this year and is the highest we have ever achieved.     On Thusday 23 August, we were extremely pleased to welcome back our 2017/2018 Year 11 students to Hull Trinity House Academy. It was a wonderful occasion where we were able to celebrate with our students who performed fantastically well in their examinations - possibly the most rigorous and challenging of the last 30 years in terms of the content of the courses studied.

    Well done to Manor Croft students who achieved outstanding GCSE results. The results are some of the highest in the Whole country. Maths and English combined 5+ 64% and 4+ 83%. Well done.

    If you are on holiday for results day, your options are:

     · You may leave a stamped addressed envelope with the Examinations Office for them to be posted out.

     · A nominated representative may collect them on your behalf if they have a letter signed by you giving them permission, which they must bring with them to school.

    23rd August 2018 - De Warenne Academy

    Yet again students, parents and staff were celebrating record GCSE results at De Warenne, with the year group having made more progress than any other year group to have left the academy. 

    The most able pupils did extremely well, picking up the prestigious new GCSE grade 9s across maths, English, computer science, biology, chemistry, physics, history, geography and photography. 

    On an individual level the highest attaining pupil, Jack Hicks achieved seven GCSE grade 9s, one grade 8 and a BTEC distinction star

  • Students celebrate best ever results!

    23rd August 2018 - Ash Hill Academy

    Our Year 11 students have been celebrating the school's best ever exam results.  The academy's Principal, John Higgins, said: " This is a fantastic set of results and is thoroughly deserved.  The partnership between students, staff and parents has been particularly strong this year and has produced a superb set of grades.  I wish all students the best of luck with the next stage of their education and look forward to hearing about their successes in the future."

  • GCSE results day

    The academy will be open from 8:30am to 12:30pm on Thursday 23rd August, in order for students to collect their exam results. Access to the academy will be via Main Reception.

  • Outstanding Post 16 Results

    17th August 2018 - Garforth Academy


    Garforth Academy, a member of the Delta Academies Trust, have achieved another outstanding set of Key Stage 5 results this year which build on the record set of results for the Academy last year. Our A Level Value Added score of 0.21 is again likely to be validated as the highest the Academy has ever achieved. This puts us in the top 10% of all Key Stage 5 providers nationally.

    17th August 2018 - The Vale Academy

    The Vale Academy celebrated excellent results in its sixth form. 

    Principal Nicola Williams was ‘delighted’ with the overall pass rate of 100%, with 42% of grades achieved at A Level at the top grades of A*-B.  

    The results reflect the hard work and commitment shown by students and staff.  

    There were many individual successes, although of note is Harvey Stevenson who achieved four A* grades and has secured a place to study Medicine at Imperial College, London.

  • Fantastic Post-16 results

    16th August 2018 - Ash Hill Academy

    Ash Hill Academy Sixth Form students received an excellent set of results at the end of their Post-16 courses. A large number of qualifications have undergone a period of reform over the last few years, with many courses now seen as much more demanding than in previous years.  However, all Ash Hill students gained the necessary grades to enable them to progress them to the next stage of their career, including higher education, apprenticeship or employment.
