Emma leads our Compliance Team working to ensure that all colleagues within the Trust comply with the relevant guidance and legislations.

The team ensure that the Trust’s governance framework is coherent and compliant in all areas. The team support in the management of risk and ensure that the Trust is compliant with its regulatory and statutory obligations including having overall responsibility for policy development and updating.
